Once again, I forgot to click Record, until we were 40 mins in and Claire reminded me - doh! I will not be angry if you all shout RECORD at me at the beginning of each session - lol!
Anyhoo. We started by everyone sharing something great / positive that had happened since we last met, from adding a booking system to their website (Kylee), to getting more new clients (Umeira), and completing client projects (Kevin and Anne).
This month’s focus businesses were Kevin (Good AI) and Anne (Savvy to Scams) with a quick circle back at the end with Claire who was featured last month.
Kevin presented his AI integration business and asked for feedback on SME sentiment towards AI, sparking a group discussion on its benefits, risks, and ethical considerations. Anne sought advice on finding paying clients for her online safety and scam prevention training, particularly targeting vulnerable groups. Claire received feedback on her new website messaging and structure, aiming to better communicate her holistic therapy services. The group also touched on topics like data privacy, government grants, and potential media opportunities.

In Session 2 we had a really interesting discussion around MLMs and the scale that runs from great businesses down to Amway-like organisations.
We also discussed the connection between the nervous system and the impact it has on our ability to confidently charge more money for our services. We’ll be covering this fascinating connection, and how we can manipulate our entrepreneurial mindset, in the coming Expert sessions with Indigo-Grace, Vicki and possibly Debs and Jo as a combined session in December.
