For Businesses on a Budget

Which, let’s face it, is most of us!

Digital Solutions is a federally subsidised program to help small businesses to improve their business with anything digital, i.e. online.

  • The program will cost you only $100+GST ($110 in total).
    If you or your business are registered in one of the council areas listed below, this fee has already been paid, so you will be able to access the program for free.

  • The program gives you up to 4 hours of expert assistance.
    This usually consists of a 30 min online planning chat with a Digital Specialist at Business Foundations, who will then introduce you to 1 or 2 Digital Experts for specialised advice which will be the best fit for you and your business.

  • After the initial Digital Action Plan session, the Digital Expert sessions are with independent contractors who specialise in each topic. For example, Xero assistance is given by an experienced small business accountant.

  • Most of the sessions are done online, so that they can be accessed from anywhere in Western Australia, at your convenience. Some of the Digital Experts offer in-person advisory sessions.

  • Unfortunately the program can only be accessed once per business during the 3 year program (April 2023-March 2026).
    Most of the Digital Experts offer special rates to Digital Solutions clients if they would like to continue working with them beyond the program.

    • Must have an active ABN

    • Be operating for profit

    • Have less than 20 full time employees

    • Be based in Queensland, Western Australia or the Northern Territory

The 2023-2026 provider for the Digital Solutions program is Business Foundations.

How to get started

  1. Click the Get Started link to sign up for your Digital Action Plan.

  2. Book in your first session with one of the Business Foundations team. This will be online and usually takes around 30 minutes.

  3. Once you have your Digital Action Plan, you will be referred to the Digital Expert that best fits your business’ needs, and given their contact details to book in your first session.

If your business is located in the one of the following local government areas, you can request a voucher for the Digital Solutions program, meaning that there is NO COST to you! If you / your business is in one of these boundaries, email the contact below and request a voucher for the Digital Solutions program, providing the following information:

  1. Your name

  2. Your business name

  3. Postcode / suburb where business is registered / you live

  4. Your ABN

Once you receive your voucher code, click on the Get Started link and sign up to the program.
