  • Liz Haselgrove - Chair

    BOSS was founded by Liz, who has been working with entrepreneurs and small businesses since 2005. As well as running her own businesses, Liz has been obsessed with all things small business since being a teenager, and is now one of Perth’s leading business advisors.

  • Richard Haselgrove - Treasurer

    Richard is the eldest of the Haselgrove clan, and the first to land on WA’s fine shores, back in January 1999. He has been a chartered accountant for nearly 40 years, and has been the Chief Financial Officer for some of Perth’s most prominent companies. He is now the Director of Business & Administration at All Saint’s College, and brings a wealth of Board experience to BOSS.

  • Danielle Clayton - Secretary

    Danielle owns Organised Empires, which is a team of expert Virtual Assistants and business organisers. She has over 25 years’ of experience supporting businesses of all sizes and brings her pragmatic, empathic, expert personality to our Board.

  • Theresa D'Emden - Committee Member

    Originally from Zambia, Theresa now helps businesses founded by migrants in Australia to be successful. She has run her own and family businesses for many years, founded Elevate Business Culture, is multi-award winning for Women in Leadership and Business Excellence and is now also a lecturer at North Metropolitan TAFE (Human Resource Management & Business).

  • Sarah Williams - Committee Member

    Sarah is an experienced marketing and project management professional who has held senior positions across government agencies and the private sector both in Australia and the UK.

    For the past 4 years she has been developing training programs for business owners to ensure they have the skills and tools they need to reach their potential. She also works closely with local governments and other organisations to improve and deliver their business support and economic development programs.

  • Esther Njoroge-Mwathi - Committee Member

    Esther brings over 17 years of experience in community development, specialising in social equity, inclusion, and culturally safe engagement. Her work has spanned refugee resettlement, family and domestic violence prevention, relationship education, and countering violent extremism initiatives. Esther has led programs across government and not-for-profit sectors, always centring cultural competency and community voice.

    She is also the founder of Tunza Community, a grassroots initiative supporting migrant and refugee families through parenting programs and cultural awareness workshops.
