All WA Session 2

With Indigo Grace

This session with Indigo Grace focused on how family of origin and early childhood attachment shape core beliefs and impact self-esteem and business success. Indigo-Grace explained that insecure attachment and family patterns like narcissism or control can create negative core beliefs, such as feeling "not good enough," which later manifest as imposter syndrome or self-doubt in adulthood. Participants shared personal reflections on self-doubt, the feeling of not belonging, and the impact of past experiences on their current mindset. One shared how his childhood experience with dyslexia contributed to long-term self-doubt, and Indigo-Grace used this to illustrate how emotional trauma can remain in the body even when the logical mind knows the truth. The group discussed strategies for managing these beliefs, including self-compassion, validation, and replacing negative self-talk with positive affirmations. Amber shared her success with a long-term affirmation and gratitude practice, and Jo shared a personal mantra used to let go of old habits. Indigo-Grace also emphasized the importance of a support system, the role of energy and vibration, and the value of replacing bad habits with positive ones to improve mental health and business focus.
